Job description
Setsquare are seeking an experienced site manager with a strong track record in modular build to join a national construction business on a long term freelance contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of temporary classrooms on site in Bristol. They would also require a high standard of health and safety and some experience within the educational sector would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all activities related to the project.
Implement health and safety procedures ensuring they are followed by all.
Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Site inductions and toolbox talks
Reporting to the Project Manager
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid are essential.
