Job description
Our Client is seeking a site manager to solely manage a £400k office in the shepherds Bush area starting on Monday 3rd July for 7 weeks duration.
Minimum SMSTS and full first aid certificates required and IT skills/capability
This role may suit an aspiring manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and interpret drawings and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients and Project Manager providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documents
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
