We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Site Manager in our Brockholes Site, HD9 7AZ.

We are offering a £1000 joining bonus for successful applicants for this role.

What will you be doing?

The Retail Site Manager will manage all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards. Managing store performance, stock, finances, facilities and daily routines against KPI’s and with HSSE awareness. Leading and developing a team delivering to brand and customer experience standards.

What will you need?

You will need experience within Retail as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager gained at Superstores, Convenience or Big Box Retail or Petrol Station Forecourts. You will also need working knowledge of HR activities within Retail. You will need to be an outstanding communicator with experience managing the performance of a team, resulting in increased sales.
