More about your role
Working at our site in Inverness you will act a key support for the Site Manager. You will help to manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards. You will ensure that all activity on-site complies fully with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. You will also ensure you protect and enhance the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large, demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity.

More about you
To apply for this role you will need considerable on-site experience delivering residential homes, with a valid CSCS card. A team player you will work well with people at all levels and have a flexible approach to delivering key milestones within a complex build process. You will also need experience managing sub-contractors, keeping a tight control on quality, budget and time.
You will work closely with the Sales, Technical and Commercial departments and ensure that up to date records of all site activities are retained, so good admin skills are a must alongside good IT literacy.
