ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dedicated Night Chef to help support our amazing kitchen team. You will be responsible for ensuring all room service dishes are prepared as per the room service menu, get the kitchen set up and prepped for the following day, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous chef experience from a quality background
- Passion for food and fantastic ingredients
- Calm and focused with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a great commitment towards work
- Efficiency
- Strong level of English

The hourly rate for this role is made of a base rate and a share of service charge, which is distributed to all staff through a Tronc Point system. We cannot guarantee exact service charge amounts, but the advertised hourly rate is a fair indication of average hourly salary for this role, including of base rate and tronc.
