Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

Kier Construction are looking for a Site Manager to join our team at Full Sutton to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client

  • You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
  • You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
  • Maintaining project targets and ensuring that all Kier’s procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience from a similar role within the construction industry.
  • You’ll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to demonstrate good communication and organisational abilities.
