About the role….
You will be working as a Site Manager (Building Maintenance) and your main duties will be undertake the day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of employees and subcontractors delivering a responsive service to customers, that focuses on right first-time repairs to maximise customer satisfaction and value for money. You will oversee employee performance and other related issues within Council guidance and legislation by carrying out regular competency and work quality checks to ensure targets and budgets are met.
