Finishing Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
· £10m CatA + Fit-Out Project
· Freelance: One Month
· Up to £280 per day CIS
· Based in Westminster
· Start Date: Monday 3rd July 2023
We are currently searching for a Finishing Manager to help drive on the finishing stages of a commercial fitout scheme in the heart of Westminster. The duration of the contact will be one month, with potential to go onto other schemes afterwards.
You will be looking after all internal packages from carpentry to M&E, identifying and closing out snags. You will join the existing team on this 8 storey project, looking after several floors.
Required:
· Strong background in commercial fitout projects either CatA or CatB
· Proven history of closing out fast paced schemes as a Site/Finishing Manager
· Ability to liaise with up to 10 different trade packages
· Use snagging software such as Site Audit Pro
· SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
