THE ROLE_
Reporting into the Business Director, the Planning Director has a wide range of responsibilities including (but not limited to) leading on the OOH planning & buying of key accounts within the team, managing direct reports within the team alongside supporting the Business Director in day-to-day tasks, driving growth from dormant clients, and helping to deliver best in class service. The role of a Planning Director requires a proactive mindset both to help develop new opportunities within the business and to pre-empt any issues which may occur alongside using initiative, experience and expertise to help keep our clients and agencies happy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
- UK OOH planning experience and/or extensive Comms planning experience – working on clients that spend significantly in OOH
- Experience of working in data focussed roles
- First class relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to apply this within your work
- Ability to manage people and motivate them to bring out their full potential

We are focused on meeting specific objectives through strategic thinking, sophisticated planning, and data driven results. We facilitate planning, strategy, buying to deliver robust OOH recommendations.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
As a Planning Director you will see campaigns through from start to finish – working closely with the client team on the initial brief, briefing various internal departments and media owners, negotiating pricing, and creating media plans. You will take the lead on tracking and monitoring your portfolio of clients’ pricing, measuring against each pricing commitments, and ensuring your direct reports are delivering on pricing commitments. You will provide first-class service to OMD and clients through building strong relationships with agency contacts, direct clients and media owners partners.
