Job Brief
As a Site Supervisor, you will supervise employees and manage assets of the distribution site. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external customers to successfully meet objectives.

What You’ll Do
As a Site Supervisor, you will supervise employees and manage assets of the distribution site. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external customers to successfully meet objectives and add value for customers, manufacturing sites and distribution. Other duties will include:
- Work to achieve prominent levels of positive working relationships with customers to fully demonstrate Dyno Nobels service commitment.
- Understand and enhance service requirements to continually improve customer profitability.
- Implement continuous improvement programs (BEx) by following management policies and procedures in order to meet customer expectations, business objectives and budget goals.
- Contribute to achieving budgeted customer profitability as measured by EBIT,EBITDA.
- Prepare and submit proper paperwork to document expenses, safety statistics, payroll information and other as required by policy.
- This operation will be day shift only; 7 days per week with 2 weeks in and 2 out. The mine will provide camp rooms
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree 12 diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years working in a Supervisory role
- Experience in the mining or mining related industry
- May substitute work experience and/or training in the explosives or mining industries or other directly related work experience for some required education.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledgeable of applicable ERD, Transport Canada and all other relevant regulations related to the explosives industry
- Travel (10%) may vary depending on location and nature of work directed.
