SITE MANAGER - POSITION
Location of Works – Chesterfield - Sites Within 30miles
Works Description in brief
To carry out Site Management of development schemes ranging from multiple residential housing schemes, commercial development portal frames, retail and health buildings. Modernisation programmes.
Knowledge.
The applicant will have experience in managing sites as the description brief, and have working knowledge in control of and programming of subcontractors, materials call offs , site H&S , working to plans and a technical knowledge of all construction practices within the scope of works.
The position is Full Time Mon-Fri with some weekend works occasionally.
Requirements
A full driving license, experience in Excel and word. Emails.

Salary: £27,903.00-£61,414.00 per year
