Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) is looking for an HR Administrator.
Your role
The position is located at our Wilmslow Centre consisting of BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
Your Responsibilities:
- To ensure the efficient administration of the HR function.
- To ensure all HR administration is managed consistently in line with company process, policy and good practice, taking into account legislative compliance.
- To work in collaboration with other HR personnel and management to ensure the delivery of a seamless and efficient HR service to the business.
Office based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
Your profile
- Strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills
- Focus on attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Awareness of ACAS Codes of Practice and HR best practice
