Job description
We are a professional, family run building company working in the private sector and run contracts throughout Kent and Surrey. We are made up of quality and experienced tradesmen and trainees, we are looking for an experienced site foreman/builder who is hard working, reliable and punctual.
Strengths to include knowledge and experience in groundwork, brickwork, and structural work inc installing steel beams etc. A good overall knowledge of general building from ground up is required.
We are looking for someone who is able to work using their on own initiative and run a team of guys, as well as working alongside other experienced tradesmen.
As a family run business we work on the ethos that everyone mucks in and helps each other and we work as a Team.
This would be a permanent position with regular work - we keep all trades working every day despite weather conditions (prevent loss of earnings).
Salary: £180 - £200 (to be discussed / agreed dependent on experience etc)
Own transport is essential due to location of works.
Uniform provided. Potential for Company Van to be provided as time progresses
Immediate start. CIS self employed basis.
