Job Title: Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and other project documentation
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in using construction software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
