Job Description
To ensure that daily on-site cleaning standards meet to the specification/work schedule and the clients’ business requirements. Effectively supervising the cleaning operatives, maintaining corrective action plans and liaising regularly with the site-based Facilities management team.

- Build positive relationships with the on site Client Facilities Manager and Stakeholders
- Demonstrate honesty to show respect to your colleagues, the client, and your work
- Ensure you show entrepreneurship by taking corrective action where necessary
- Deliver a quality service through your day-to-day actions
- To plan, organise and coordinate all cleaning activity and to ensure the standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contract are achieved, maintained, and developed, thus providing effective delivery of cleaning services to the client organisation.
- PC literate with Excel and Word skills
- IOSH preferred
- Significant Cleaning experience
- People Management experience
- Proven experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a company
- Knowledge of the British Institute of Cleaning Standards
- Problem solving and decision making
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Strong leadership skills
