Job description
Polypipe Building Products are focused on delivering solutions to the residential sector. Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.
Role: The Site Auditor will take responsibility for reporting the compliance of Polypipe Building Products installed by contractors on specified developer’s new homes sites. This role covers the South West of England (South West and South Wales).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits in accordance with procedures
- Ensure time is managed sufficiently to meet all deadlines
- Record findings and communicate non-compliance details on sites
- Record and collect information from active building sites in anticipation of future claims
- Effectively liaise with ground workers and plumbing contractors to raise awareness of specifications and product details
- Build relationships with key clients on site and ensure contractual obligations are delivered and sustained.
- Communicate areas of non-compliance with Business Development Managers and Area Sales Managers with a view to corrective action
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of Polypipe Building Products
- Must have your own vehicle
- Previous relevant experience at working within a Building Products environment
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Driving Licence
Hours of work: Part Time, 3 days per week 22.5hrs
