Job Title: Site Access Controller Location: Translink Offices Compensation: Attractive Salary Role Type: Full time / Role ID: SF52305 At Babcock we're working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Site Access Controller at our Translink Offices site. The role As a Site Access Controller, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for Site Access Control to the site and collating reports and registers. You will also act as single point of contact for access and egress to the site for personnel and deliveries. Day to day, the day shift role will guard the gate for the main site, checking in deliveries / visitors. You will also sign in staff and out carrying out card checks, monitor the site access and any visitors signing in will provide safety information. 1. Monitor and control site access. 2. Sign track staff in & out and carrying out 100% competency card checks. 3. Undertake PPE checks and reject anyone from signing in if they are unable to present mandatory items of PPE. 4. Provide safety briefings to everyone signing in. Essential experience of the Site Access Controller: Computer literate / Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook. Experience of working within a Construction / Office / Purchasing and Supply environment beneficial. Experience of working within a service sector and customer-focused environment. Day shift - 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Must be flexible to work over-time and occasional Sat/Sun when required.
