G3 Security Ltd is a fast-growing company with sites based in London and surrounding areas.

We have fantastic vacancies available for SIA security officers, we will provide opportunity on a site.

Training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidates.

We are looking for individuals who are, presentable, punctual and looking to strive in an exciting industry. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, have the proven right to work in the UK and comply with all screening regulations. A driving license will be a bonus point but not necessary.

Job Description:

* Valid Security or Door Supervisor SIA license
* Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment
* Excellent verbal & written communication
* Strong leadership
* Initiative
* Ability to adapt in a demanding environment

Knowledge:

• English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Skills:

• Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organisations to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
