TradeAider is a global trade solution provider that helps businesses increase margins by working directly with factories in China. They offer better pricing, quality, and order control. TradeAider also assists in finding good factories and suppliers through a free online database.
As part of our expansion plans, TradeAider is opening their first showroom in London and is currently looking for an assistant to help manage the showroom.
About the role
The Apparel Showroom Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team and management in providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist and organize the clothing in the store, including hanging, ironing.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends .
- Assist and provide customer services on our grand opening.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends.
