Showroom Host / Weekend Receptionist - Mazda

Rate of pay: up to £10.42ph
Location: Oldham
Hours of work: Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm

Key responsibilities as a Showroom Host / Weekend Receptionist:
- Warmly welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom appearance, including display vehicles and promotional materials.
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the relevant individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and service visits, coordinating with the sales and service teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding suitable solutions or referring them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies to effectively assist customers.
Required skills as a Showroom Host / Weekend Receptionist:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and provide exceptional service.
- Professional and helpful approach to all customers and members of the business.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
