SHOWROOM HOST / RECEPTIONIST
We are seeking a Showroom host / Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our thriving FordStore team in Peterborough
Due to an uplift in business activity, we are looking for an outgoing, personable candidate who will provide a friendly face and first point of contact to all customers visiting the dealership or taking incoming calls. They will be responsible for ensuring customers have arrived for appointments and will ensure accurate messages are taken and information conveyed promptly. The role will also encompass admin functions such as scanning and filing.
Duties to include:
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service for customers visiting the dealership or calling in.
- Ensure customers are offered suitable refreshments.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Take telephone calls on behalf of all staff and convey messages in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain accurate records for GDPR.
- To perform admin duties – including scanning of documents.
- Work as a team member and support other departments as required.
