Reporting to: Food & Beverage Management

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for people who are confident, friendly and want to learn and develop their skills, whilst continually providing wonderful customer service. You will fit in well with a like-minded team who are charming and full of smiles even at the busiest times.

Our Food and Beverage managers have a warm, friendly, caring nature and can confidently talk with our guests so that they have a fantastic memorable experience. You need to be able to keep calm under pressure, be a capable problem solver and have an excellent eye for detail.

This is a senior position and so excellent written and verbal English, together with numeracy and basic computer skills are essential for this role. Management experience in a similar role for a minimum of two years would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Food and drink service throughout the day within the business.
  • Ensuring allocated sections are stocked, maintained and kept clean and tidy throughout services.
  • Product knowledge and up-selling
  • Preparing appropriate items for service
  • Delivering standards of service and being an ambassador of these standards.
  • Operating within the business responsibly at all times.
  • Contributing positively to the guest experience.
  • Complying with all company health and safety.
  • Diary management and booking control.
