Internship
As an operations intern you will have a very diverse set of tasks. The role includes cross development in different apartments from rooms, restaurant to front desk. You will be working together with a small team.
Profile Student
You are a highly motivated person and it is your goal to have a career in the hospitality industry. You are a great team player and very flexible towards work and tasks. Strong verbal skills in English are important.

Daily tasks
- Assist waiters with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner shifts
- Take orders
- Serve clients
- Offer friendly and efficient service to guests
- Assist with the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Use the Micros system
- Closing restaurant shifts and cash banking
- Assist hotel valets with daily duties
- Linen porterage
- Assist with mini bar reports
- Assist guests with luggage
- Room guests
- Assist housekeeping with the cleanliness of the hotel
- Assist with kitchen duties
- Training on Opera system
- Check guests in and out
- Answer the phone and emails
- Offer excellent guest experience
