The main aim of your role is to ensure the homes reflect their original listing in our website, are presented to the guests spotlessly clean accommodation, accurately staged and issue free.

This role requires attention to details with a great customer service to meet and great our guest and help and assist them through their stay. If you have worked in a fast-paced environment, you will know that you require to be well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

The focus of this role is to help the company and the team to deliver an excellent experience to our guests to ensure our quality standards and operational excellence are met at all times

We are looking for a team who has a good hands-on approach with an eye for detail, willing to support colleagues to ensure the delivery of Residential Land vision. You will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving attitude with an ability to prioritise and take initiative. A knowledge of Residential lettings and hospitality could be a benefit as well as a knowledge of London.

We require a strong communicator with a good level of English and we welcome any other spoken languages.

Driving licence is a must and is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home preparation including house staging, quality assurance, housekeeping quality control and evaluating property condition against listing
  • Troubleshooting and coordinate in resolving issue at the property with various departments.
  • Ensuring that properties are ready for guest
  • Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining security of properties throughout preparation and return process
  • Basic ad hoc duties, delivering items and helping guests or clients
  • Helping with basic admin in the office when needed
  • Communicating effectively defects/exceptions to relevant departments, cleaning company and different suppliers.
  • Promoting the Short-Let department externally to find companies of need of our service, attending meetings.
  • Working closely within the Short Let team to identify the local markets and competitors across our network to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Managing customer feedback effectively and immediately addressing any highlighted areas of concern.

Requirements:

  • You will need to be an excellent communicator to provide exceptional guest support
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Engaging and out-going personality
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence

Key Experience:

  • Have previous experience in the industry or similar.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced environment and under pressure,
  • Experience of working in field based/hands-on and dynamic roles.
  • Have experience in liaising or coordinating third parties (suppliers, contractors etc.).

Working Hours:

The position is full time with an office in Mayfair /Hybrid + weekend cover every other month on a rota basis.
