dunnhumby is looking for a Shopper Insight Client Associate who is keen on building trusted relationships with clients and being their expert on winning with insights.
Key Accountabilities
- In this role, you will understand the strategic priorities of your CPG supplier base and retailer, and maximize how dunnhumby helps them to achieve against them.
- To use this to ensure that the tools and services they have invested in are delivering great client experience, usage and value. To support your team to spot opportunities for incremental revenue and value-creating projects.
- Build briefs and presentations that meet CPGs strategic needs and present back the actionable recommendations delivered by your Insights Execution counterpart
- Achieve 'Client Success' for a set of small clients within an assigned category.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
- Understanding of the Retail/CPG industry
