Job description
Here at Natural Treats we understand the importance of having a strong team to deliver an excellent customer experience. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined and committed team player to join us on our shop floor & warehouse. This position will be from Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.

- Someone with an interest & knowledge in raw feeding, natural treats and health supplements.
- Someone who is passionate about a holistic approach to looking after their pets.
- Applicants should thrive off interacting with pets and their owners.
- Applicants need to be comfortable handling natural products, such as chicken feet, pig snouts etc.

- Applicants must be able to offer the highest levels of customer service & knowledge.
- Applicants must be comfortable & confident speaking to customers on a daily basis & enjoy interactions with the public.
What will the job be?
Your role will be to assist the store/warehouse team to maximise the potential of the store by providing exceptional customer service, promoting the products we sell and work effectively to help produce our own products.
- Restocking shelves and freezers.
- Pack natural products into the correct packaging & weights.
- Assisting with click and collects.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Operating the till and general housekeeping.
- Picking orders, and packing them for our online side of the business.
- Must be able to operate in a cold store, as raw feeders, we have extra large freezers, where our stock is kept.
- Unboxing deliveries, both ambient and frozen.
- Inclusive of the business needs, but not limited to just these jobs.
Rate of pay:
£10 per hour, raising to £10.50 after probation time, annual pay review and a generous staff discount.

We are a small business specialising in Natural Dog Treats, Raw Dog Food & Premium Dry Dog Food. Natural Treats started in a little shop in Chipping Sodbury, expanding onto our second branch in Warmley, Bristol. We have grown so much over our 5 years of being open by helping our local community treat their dogs with the best products and great nutrition!
