Job Title: Sales Assistant at Dash Cakes
Dash Cakes is a growing cake and celebration shop located in kensignton high street. We are seeking a sales assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to the shop
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect cake for their occasion and upselling additional products and services
- Processing customer transactions through our point-of-sale system
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with basic cake decorating tasks and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn basic cake decorating techniques
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
