As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking to appoint a full time Retail Assistant.
The emphasis will be on service. This is not just a standing filling shelves type of job. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.
Your day will be varied, from delivering service with a smile at the till to engaging with customers to help them find their ideal products.
You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the Store to meet the business needs.
We have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service.
The Role
· Dealing with telephone and emails queries
· Store all data in line with Data Protection Principles and always maintaining confidentiality
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels and processing purchasing orders as required.
· Track orders and investigates problems.
· Record purchases and ensure all databases are up to date
· Reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
· Ensuring KPI’s are met
· Providing support to new team members.

· Competent at managing client communication.
· Highly organised and process driven individual.
· Ability to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results.
· Results orientated and customer focused.
· IT Literate and Effective Communications skills.
· Good organisation skills the ability to work to deadlines & prioritise.
· Understanding of inventory and Understanding of Confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
