Job description
As an ZAGV SALES ASSISTANT, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
We are looking for a fashion-enthusiastic person, with previous experience in fashion-retail sales and advising customers.
At ZAGV, you will offer our customers a unique experience, develop customer loyalty, improve the client portfolio of the store, handle transactions, monitor stock levels and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute and be a part of our journey.
What makes you the perfect Sales Assistant?
· Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advice to every customer
· You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale.
· Ability to initiate contact and communication, you are proactive and positive, a good team player with high levels of motivation
· You will actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that clothing displays are set to the highest standards consistently.
· Housekeeping and ensuring staff areas are maintained to the highest level of expectation, showing pride in your surroundings at all times
· Working as one team with the same goal, you will support and observe your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development
· Awareness of sales targets and performance
· Contribute to the daily operations of the store: visual merchandising, inventory management and stock level monitoring.
· Basic knowledge for operating computer systems (Microsoft Word & Excel)
· You have an excellent personal presentation
A second language is highly advantageous
