Our business needs highly motivated and enthusiastic Shop Assistants to greet and help customers. Candidates must be eager to assist customers with purchases, and have a friendly, outgoing personality. They must also have prior experience in multi-tasking, and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest levels of customer service.
- Be able to multi-task, thinking quickly and clearly in stressful situations.
- Be an expert of all products.
- Be able to deal with difficult customers.
- Greet customers as they enter the store.
- Convey an understanding of the store's products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
