CORE is a vibrant and eco-conscious store located in the heart of Leamington Spa. We specialise in providing vegan, plastic-free, organic, and zero-waste food and other provisions to our valued customers. We are passionate about sustainability and believe in making a positive impact on the environment and community.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Sales Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our values and wants to contribute to the sustainable living movement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in their shopping experience and offering guidance on products and their benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively.
• Operate the till accurately, handle transactions, and process payments efficiently.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including the various brands and ingredients we offer, in order to assist customers effectively.
• Promote the values and ethos of CORE, spreading awareness of sustainable living practices and encouraging customers to make eco-friendly choices.

Requirements:

• Passion for sustainability, eco-conscious living, and knowledge of vegan, plastic-free, organic, and zero-waste products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
