The role
This is anything but your average retail role, yes you will be responsible for stocking the shelves, serving customers and keeping the shop tidy but here at Archie Browns you will have the opportunity to offer much more! Here you will confidently communicate with customers to provide the advice and products that help them lead happy and healthy lives. Its not easy, but if you have a passion for health and wellbeing here is an amazing experience up for grabs!
Other responsibilities include:
- Serving at the till (cash handling, serving takeaway food/drinks etc.)
- Keeping all areas of the shop and stockroom well-presented and clean
- Receiving deliveries and keeping shelves well stocked
- Dealing with customer complaints
About you
- An enthusiasm for the health and wellbeing of customers, yourself and the planet
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude
- The ability to create rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced an uplifting shopping trip within the local community
- To take the initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others
- Build relationships with colleagues to learn from each other and create a team spirit
- Be at work on time, properly presented, ready to be an ambassador for Archie Browns
