We are looking for a Shift Supervisor in our warehouse to be part of a team that works together to provide excellent service. You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just providing great service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.
This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 12:00-20:00

As a Shift Supervisor on our XXX Shift, you will supervise the operation and maximise the performance by directing the team and supporting the management team. This may be over a range of areas and team members, including, vehicle equipment, drivers and warehouse operatives. You will support in organising the resources available in a cost-effective manner to ensure costs are in line with the budget whilst achieving set service levels.
You will need to
- Have previous experience in supervising a team
- Demonstrate a background of success in achieving and exceeding targets whilst in a fast paced environment
- Have a practical knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Be motivated and passionate
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
- Ideally have experience working within Supply chain, logistics, FMCG, warehouse or distribution
