Position: Shift Operations Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds IP31 2BG
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Manage operational performance, resource and workload planning on shift to achieve agreed KPI's on productivity, quality and cost
- Manage cost budget for own area and identify cost-saving opportunities where appropriate
- Accountable for delivering a safe, high-quality, and customer-focused service on shift at all times
- Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals

- Previous experience of leading teams in a warehousing environment
- Demonstrable record of leading change management projects with particular focus on site culture
- Demonstrable record of building and developing teams, driving high performance and engaging with colleagues at all levels
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
