We are looking for a manager to support the growth and running of the business.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in customer service, we need a people person
• Experienced in managing a team
• A team player
• Tech-savvy (we are a tech led kitchen operation)
• Flexible and able to work a mixture of shifts including evenings and weekends

Your role will include:

• Completing daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the operation is running safely and smoothly
• Being an ambassador for the brand and what we are trying to achieve
• Helping and explaining to customers how we work and what we offer
• Liaising with the kitchen teams
• Opening and closing the business

This is a full time role based in Dalston.

Please note, we are a newly opened business so may start this role as a full time hourly paid position during probation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)
