Production Shift Manager

Location: Plymouth, UK

Salary: £48,431- £50,635 + £5,000 performance related bonus

Hours: Rotating Monday to Friday, 06:50 - 15:00/14:50 - 23:00

We are currently looking for someone experienced in leading and managing a multi-functional production shift.

You will lead a team of supervisors looking after 150 people and you will have overall responsibility on shift for all Production activities including health and safety, quality and the delivery of all key production targets.

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment containing sheet metal, powder coating and assembly operations will be an advantage, but just as important is the ability to nurture and support your team, expecting that they will become committed to their chosen careers.

We would like you to have a level 5 diploma in management studies or similar, but if you don’t already have this, we will be happy to support your development towards gaining this qualification.
