fabric is an internationally renowned music venue. We are open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, with ad hoc events on other days throghoyt the year. Our programme of events is mainly late night electronic music

Responsibilities:
· Manage one of the key areas within the operation (Main Door, Internal, Artist Entrance, Egress etc)
· Drive a culture that all security staff in your key area are acting in a ‘customer first’ manner
· Careful monitoring of team to ensure no wrong doing, e.g. taking money
· A working knowledge of all Licence requirements and how to implement these requirements in the most customer-friendly manner possible
· Good customer relations, friendly welcome and general positive attitude
· Signing all security staff in/out
· Ensuring all incidents are reported to control / FD log
· Have a working knowledge of the CCTV control, Front Door log and Search Captain roles
· Inform GM/DM/OM of any authority presence if they announce themselves (Licensing, police, PCO)
· Handing over of any issues with customers that require a conversation with GM/DM/OM
· Full knowledge of set up and break down procedures including partial breakdowns throughout the night
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £12.00-£18.00 per hour
