About The Role
We are amidst a key and exciting time at The Nottingham with a large transformation agenda! We are growing our Change team and are looking for multiple Project Managers to support with the delivery of Technology & Business Change projects aligned to our new strategy and our progressive change agenda.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing as an Project Manager -
- Lead, motivate and develop allocated and seconded team members to ensure that agreed performance and behavioural objectives are met
- Lead the identification of systems and services from external suppliers, negotiate contracts for purchase and manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors to ensure objectives are met
- Establish and implement project systems, processes, and schedules
- Ensure project compliance in line with financial services regulations
- Manage the projects using the Society’s Project Management and CDLC governance, processes, and methodologies
- Manage tender and procurement of contractors and third-party services.
- Manage all disciplines for successful project delivery including - planning, estimating, change management, dependency management, risk and issue management, budget set-up and control, resource management, quality management
What we’re looking for -
You will have project management experience within a delivery-focussed environment; ideally across in-house and external client facing projects. With a successful track record of project delivery through the effective management of the triple constraints of Time, Cost and Quality, you will be able to work with technical and non-technical colleagues to create credible end-to-end delivery plans.
Most importantly we are looking for a positive, driven and adaptable Project Manager. We are a people focused organisation and we are looking for a Project Manager with great communication and collaboration skills as well as fresh, diverse thinking to bring to the table.
