As a hands-on Shift Manager, you will be cultivating and leading a fantastic team who share the same passion for serving the guest the very best possible way. Carrying the mindset of beating the convention every day, you will bring fresh operational ideas and create a vibrant environment, engaging the team to boost sales and customer experience at every tick of the clock.
In the General Manager’s absence, you will be in charge of all operations. You will never accept second best.
In this role, you will be empowered to run Munchies day to day activities as you own it. You’ll be just as good with forecasting issues before they happen as you are with the team, and just as comfortable on the grill as you are delegating the task to others.
Key Skills and Experience
· You will have a proven track record of 2+ years of managerial experience in the food industry.
· Have experience of managing a fast-paced high pressure food environment
· Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce and developing people
. Ability to lead by example. Working with the team whilst keeping a birds-eye view of the entire store’s operations
· Ability to maintain the highest possible standards and constantly improve operational systems to push speed, quality, service, and hygiene
· Proven track record of leading a team to impeccable customer service
· Ability to handle the pressure of having complete accountability for the results of the operations and will be focused on growing the business for the future

· You'll start on a salary of £23,000 rising to £26,000 after 6 months probation.
