Domino's Pizza is seeking an experienced shift manager to join our team. We are offering a highly competitive wage of $22.40 per hour, which includes tip sharing and tipout (currently averaging around $2.40 per hour), in order to attract the highest quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in either fast food or kitchen industries, and will have availability for at least 30 hours per week, with a willingness to work at least two closing shifts per week from 6:30PM until 2:30AM.

As the shift manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will be expected to lead by example and follow all policies and procedures at all times, while also expecting the same from your crew.

In addition to your responsibilities as shift manager, you will have the opportunity to develop additional skills as a General Manager in Training, including staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, leading perfect image and adherence to standards, leading great customer service, managing attendance and punctuality, leading store cleanliness and food safety, marketing, and profitability.
