Shift pattern: Daytime 37.7 hrs a week

Purpose of the role Facilitate effective communication - verbally and written
To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training &
development,both meet and exceed while promoting and championing Health & Safety within the buisness .
The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements across the site
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
- Take proactive approach to ensure housekeeping is managed and maintained to goods manufacturing practice
- Facilitate effective communication - verbally and written
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced ,all staff to be briefed with all updates and changes .
- Work in collaboration with Line Manager to ensure all training needs are completed In line with DHL standard
- Effective communication with team and customers (written and verbally)

- Excellent organisational skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience of team management
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Knowledge of Co-pack production - desirable
- Production experience - desirable
- Good problem solving skills
- Leadership and management experence -Essential
