Location: Coventry (CV2 2TA)
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7 (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)
Salary: 38,020.50

- To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach
- To ensure the standard can be adhered to
- To ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School
- To identify and bring new standards to operation

- Previous operations experience
- Can do, passion and right first time attitude
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to deliver results under stress
- Communication skills - both written and verbal
- Various MHE licences, is an advantage
