The Role:
We are Looking for a Senior Bartender/ Shift Manager to join our team at Bourne & Hollingsworth group, the candidate must have a good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits,
and be used to working in a fast paced environment and a general love for the industry! This a great role for a seasoned bartender looking to make a step up.
Roles & duties:
- Customer retention management
- in-house training for junior bartenders
- Opening and closing duties (incuding cashups & end of night reports)
- General upkeep of the venues
- Follow company specs on all classics and house cocktails
- Ordering of all sundries and weekly fruit supplies
- Maintain a GP% in line with company standards
- Prep management for all our in house ingredients & Cocktail Premixes
- Shift Management & Liaison
- General party starter
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14-£15/ Hour 40-50 Hours/ Week
