Shift Manager Salary: £10.70 per hour.

Tasks will involve:
- Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
- Serving customers in our Cafe & Drive Thru and making world-class connections with them
- “Making every moment right” for all our customers
- Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly
- Be responsible for supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals
- Successfully delegate tasks, coach, and lead by example
- Help your store partners make world class connections with the customers they see every day
- Support with staffing, customer satisfaction and product quality
The ideal candidate for a Shift Manager will have:
- Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- Previous experience of delivering high quality customer service
- Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions
- Someone who can listen and communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Someone who can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive
