We are looking to recruit a Shift Leader in our busy store in Brighton.

What you’ll do day to day:

• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
• Assist and support with all training
• Support the Retail Store Manager with team rota’s
• Lead team briefings
• Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer
• Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays and campaigns
• Make customer recommendations and upsell products using your expert knowledge
• Ensure that every doughnut is displayed and boxed to the highest standard

What we are looking for:

• Ideally, you'll have supervisory experience from our industry, perhaps having previously worked in a pub, restaurant, hotel, bakery, café, kitchen, or retail store as a supervisor
• Owing to working time regulations you must also be over the age of 18 to work as a Shift Leader
• You will need to be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday.
• You'll have a natural talent for putting your guests at the heart of decisions.
• You’ll be people focused with the ability to drive business performance, leading by example, while living and breathing company values.
