Job description
- Developing and implementing of Cl process for the department to increase line up time and taking responsibility for coaching people to improve their performance.
- Ensuring all quality sampling, testing and documentation regimes are adhered to and the corresponding paperwork is filed as required.
- Implementing and documenting quality systems & HACCP requirements, to adhere to all specified equipment and environmental cleaning regimes that are required.
- Monitoring time and attendance, and review with individuals where lateness/absence levels are below standard and utilise the company Sickness Policy framework and also the Disciplinary Policy.
- At least 1 years Production Management experience including Engineering in a fast-moving environment (experience within the dairy industry or food would be beneficial).
- A hands- on approach to manufacturing, with the ability to present findings in an orderly fashion.
- The ability to coach and develop the team leaders (SO).
- The Qualification of Chartered Institute for Environmental Health: 1. IOSH Health & Safety 2. Intermediate Food Hygiene, HACCP Awareness.
- Advanced problem-solving skills i.e., MIP & Lean Techniques and the ability to implement and sustain a 5s culture.
