What you will do:

Sustain and troubleshoot equipment during shift hours
Provide technical guidance to Shift Equipment Technicians
Manage the first level of corrective action recovery plans to equipment situations
Conduct and direct equipment improvement actions and projects
Support manufacturing shift by aiding and training
Organize and provide documentation and procedures for basic equipment checks
Interface with Day Shift Engineers to fault find solutions for equipment issues
Review, write and maintain procedures on equipment maintenance

What you will need to know:

This position is ideal for a candidate with equipment engineering experience, keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. We currently have vacancies in etch, vacuum, furnace and FOPs.

Degree qualified or equivalent
Experience in maintaining equipment within any light engineering background
Experienced in driving continuous improvement activities and projects for assigned measurables
Highly motivated, results orientated customer service orientated, strong teamworking and communication skills
Ability to adhere to shift pattern
Ability to empower and listen to others

Desirable:

Implant – Applied and Axcelis Implant tools, Applied Endura, Tel Nexx and FXP
Wet Etch – Automated batch wet processing tools, Semitool and Siconnex wet processing tools, CMP Applied and Ipec tools.
Dry Etch - Applied and Lam Etch tools
