What you will do:
- Sustain and troubleshoot equipment during shift hours
- Provide technical guidance to Shift Equipment Technicians
- Manage the first level of corrective action recovery plans to equipment situations
- Conduct and direct equipment improvement actions and projects
- Support manufacturing shift by aiding and training
- Organize and provide documentation and procedures for basic equipment checks
- Interface with Day Shift Engineers to fault find solutions for equipment issues
- Review, write and maintain procedures on equipment maintenance
What you will need to know:
This position is ideal for a candidate with equipment engineering experience, keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. We currently have vacancies in etch, vacuum, furnace and FOPs.
Degree qualified or equivalent- Experience in maintaining equipment within any light engineering background
- Experienced in driving continuous improvement activities and projects for assigned measurables
- Highly motivated, results orientated customer service orientated, strong teamworking and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to shift pattern
- Ability to empower and listen to others
Desirable:
- Implant – Applied and Axcelis Implant tools, Applied Endura, Tel Nexx and FXP
- Wet Etch – Automated batch wet processing tools, Semitool and Siconnex wet processing tools, CMP Applied and Ipec tools.
- Dry Etch - Applied and Lam Etch tools
