Management 'People' @ The Weld Blundell,
Management 'People' position for a wonderfully community centred pub located in Lydiate with live in accommodation available in a three-bed unfurnished flat.
The dynamic of a live in 'People' would need to be, one FOH lead to be the General Manager, the other to have the focus on food and work with the Head Chef.
At present this pub is primarily wet-led, however we are seeking a Management 'People' who are able to greatly increase the existing food offering. The potential to increase food sales is there, just need the right management in place to make it happen.
This site is looking for an enthusiastic Management 'People', that really can get involved in the restructuring of the team. Current trade is heavily made up of the locals who are very supportive of the pub and making sure it survives!
Salaries will be based on experience and will be discussed at interview.
