As a sheet metal worker, you will be ensuring that work is carried out to Aerospace standards and customer specifications. Working with a range of materials and sheet metal tools and equipment, you’ll undertake a range of sheet metal tasks e.g. stretching, shrinking.
Ideally, you will have:
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Be able to work with fine tolerances
- Be able to use various sheet metal machinery
- Be able to work with a variety of materials and thickness
- The ability to drive efficiency whilst producing high quality work
