We're looking for an experienced Set Builder to join our Leeds team.
- Prefabrication and construction of photographic and video sets to specified drawings to the agreed timings and budgets
- Purchase and collection of materials within agreed budgets
- Laying floors and tiling as designed
- Decorating of sets as required
- Suggesting and working with external suppliers (such as plumbers) to ensure we build sets to the clients needs
- Work with the production team to demolish sets at appropriate times
- Disposal of materials
- Working with the set design and styling team to collaborate on designs and suggest savvy build techniques for quicker smarter thinking
- Use of and maintain our set build equipment
- When needed helping with sample collections, and pick-ups, using the company vehicles to collect products, props, equipment
- Keeping on top of set build consumables
